Michael Spackman has been helping people transform their lives for the past 28 years. As an Upledger-trained CranioSacral Therapist, Michael works with his clients on re-establishing balance (homeostasis) on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

After graduating from Cal Poly – SLO, CA, and started working for a fortune 500 company, Michael began exploring alternative healthcare modalities. His studies began with exploring different spiritual and mental modalities.

After studying and working as a full-time energy worker and running a spiritual training center, Michael realized he wanted to know more about the physical body. He wanted hands-on experience and decided to study massage and Neuromuscular therapy which led him to become a CranioSacral Therapist.My journey into massage was lead by my meditation practice. Since 1994, I have been helping people define their personal boundaries using meditation. I realized that many people had body pain which affected their meditation practice. To help my clients improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, I needed to learn more about the physical body. CranioSacral therapy was and is the perfect discipline to achieve my goal.
