Dr Morgan Hurd grew up in Lompoc, graduated from Cal Poly SLO then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. He loves his family, dogs, playing music, fermenting foods, and staying active.Dr Morgan Hurd and his wife Kimberly had a vision for Thrive Health when they realized that people were not aware of the importance of chiropractic care as a first step, rather that being a last resort. By bringing Thrive Health to Lompoc we now have a conservative, specific, and affordable option in Lompoc for chiropractic-driven healthcare.
