Sasha specializes in Rolfing® Structural Integration, Deep Tissue Massage and Pregnancy Bodywork. Drawing on her experience with Structural Integration, she brings a slow, gentle approach to her bodywork-- going deep without triggering the body to be defensive. Sasha's work is compassionate, intuitive and collaborative.
