Having been a member of the sports medicine staff at UCLA, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Kansas City Chiefs, Dr. Charles Feng drew upon his experience and success as an athletic trainer and a strength and conditioning specialist. Just as an athlete is taught to yield maximum performance from their body, every patient is educated about their condition and taught methods to optimize their recovery.

Dr. Feng is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast. He and his wife, Mylinh, enjoy traveling and share a love for good food.ALL PRO Health Center was established with the mission "to get the injured healthy and to keep the healthy well." By combining the elite health care professionals with world class service, we maintain a level of care that is apparent from the moment you enter our facility.

In 2005, Dr. Charles Feng maintained a private practice in Bellflower. Within 2 years, he founded Bellflower Spine Center, the official sports injury center for Bellflower High School Football and the California Quake Football team. Meanwhile, Cristina Clifford, a licensed acupuncturist and founder of Clifford Healing, practiced in Bellflower and in Long Beach. Cristina, who currently serves on alumni board for the Southern California University of Health Sciences' College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. quickly outgrew both her locations.

Thus in 2008, ALL PRO Health Center was formed, moving to its present location in Lakewood. ALL PRO Health Center also has an additional location in Arcadia.
