Dr. Hines has been a resident of the SCV since 1989 . After finishing his undergraduate studies at CSUN, he earned his D.C. degree from CCC-LA in 1997. Dr.Hines is an avid golfer and specializes in the treatment of golf injuries.
Dr. Elaine Is born and raised in Agoura Hills,Ca and also graduated from CCC-LA in 1997. Dr. Elaine loves spending time with her 2 daughters and specializes in the care and treatment of female patients!Dr. Hines and Dr. Elaine have been in practice for 14 years serving the needs of SCV residents.
