Dr. Phifer has been practicing since graduating from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2011 with his Doctor of Chiropractic. Outside of his formal chiropractic education, Dr. Phifer has trained in advanced upper cervical and structural corrective techniques. He uses a protocol of analysis using proven indicators to identify the primary structural shifts.

Dr. Phifer truly enjoys his craft, and loves helping folks around the Conejo Valley enjoy better health. He is also a dedicated husband and father, and likes staying active with hiking, mountain biking, and working out at the gym.An established office already, Dr Phifer took over the practice in 2016 in Arroyo Grande, then moved the office to Thousand Oaks in 2023.
