After a bad fall, a broken arm, and a hospital stay, I was able to come home alone, but I would need help for a while. I wouldn’t be able to drive, and I’d need help for a while with the basics like showering, meal prep, laundry, etc. My family did the research and learned about Align Home Care. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Align carefully chooses its care takers and matches them to their clients. Now, after I’m back on my own, I realize how fortunate I’ve been. Friendly considerate helpers were here as much as I needed them. We even made soups together, because I couldn’t chop vegetables with a broken right arm, and had lively conversations, if that was what I wanted.

Align, specifically Sue and Heidi, made a valiant effort in caring for a family member with complicated and acute needs. The team is supportive, compassionate, responsive, and organized. Working with multiple home care agencies over the years, I can say that working with Sue, Heidi and the Align staff has been such a great experience. The care givers are professional and dependable and provide a high level of care to our residents. The management at Align is very involved with the day to day care that their staff are providing and even hands on when need be. Being a Nurse manager myself, I believe that this is why they have such an amazing team. I would highly recommend Align to anyone in need of home care services.

The entire staff at Align Home Care Services went above and beyond to provide care for my mother in her own home. Their initial interview with my mother was personal and detailed and they tailored her care to her individual needs and preferences. Align worked with our family to cover a sometimes challenging schedule, always in a professional and very caring manner. My mother's welfare was always their main concern. I cannot recommend their services enough.

I loved working for Align for many reasons, but mostly because of the commitment and love for the clients and the caregivers. In the last year, that changed to a more corporate environment. Make sure your loved one is fully staffing your needs! They use family but now it is anything but.
