Dr. James Valcarcel has been outstanding from day one. He's incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stands out is how he treats his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, and never makes you feel rushed. I've been dealing with back issues, and the treatment plan he's put together has made a noticeable difference. It's reassuring to have a doctor who not only knows his field but also genuinely cares about helping you get better. I don't write reviews very often, but Dr. Valcarcel has earned this one. I’ve known James since high school, but I hadn’t worked with him professionally until recently—and I’m honestly blown away by the results. I had been dealing with low back pain and recurring “locking up” from lifting weights and martial arts for years. It got to the point where I was constantly avoiding certain movements and exercises just to prevent flare-ups. James took the time to review my MRI, explain what was actually going on, and put together a clear, practical treatment plan. Within a month, I was back to full strength and doing movements I hadn’t felt comfortable doing in 2–3 years. What stood out most was how targeted and effective everything was—no fluff, just a real plan that worked. Dr. Valcarcel was excellent. On my first visit, he spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing my issue, and gave me great advice on how to make my back better. It worked so well that I actually cancelled my follow up appointment. I will definitely go back to see him when I have other issues.
