Dr. Kevin was raised in Orinda and went to Glorietta Elementary, Orinda Intermediate, and Miramonte High Schools. He graduated MHS in 1989 and went on to the University of California, Davis where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 1993.

Dr. Kevin went to Palmer College of Chiropractic West and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 1996. He spent the next 4 years working part-time at Palmer West as an instructor and a clinician while practicing in an office in Lafayette.

in 2001, Dr. Kevin and his wife, Dr. Isabel Eleazar, opened their clinic in downtown Orinda. They are conveniently located across the street from Wells Fargo Bank. Currently, the office is also home to 2 amazing acupunturists, an energy worker and a massage therapist.

Dr. Kevin has now been in practice for almost 27 years and has been an instructor in Chiropractic Education teaching seminars for that entire time. His practice focuses on feet, shoulders, and the jaw.
