Dr. April is passionate about assisting people achieve a connection with health & empowering people towards complete wellness. Dr. April created The Wellness Lounge with the hope of helping patients experience the innate healing ability of the human body through her use of Chiropractic & Massage care while blending treatments with eastern medicine, yoga, naturopathic medicine & more.

Dr. April has received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic University, she also has two Bachelor's Degree in Biology & Psychology and her holistic health practitioner certificate. She has over 20,000 hours of massage therapy training from IPSB and has been a practicing massage therapist for over 20 years. She originally is from San Francisco & moved to San Diego following her Chiropractic program. Dr. April enjoys being outdoors, surfing, spending time with her family, cooking, yoga and playing with her dog Rayla, and continuing her wellness educationThe Wellness Lounge was created with the goal in mind to create a wellness center that integrates the spa experience with the profound healing benefits of chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, nutrition & yoga.
