I did my first visit here. It went great. Everyone was friendly, never felt rushed, and no pressure at all. I do like that their new patient forms are online, and easy to fill out. The interior is different than what I would have expected. I was expecting a something that reminded me of a "normal" medical office setting with those blonde wood chairs that they all have. Bright overhead lights that should be in a Big Box Store. No this was much different. It made me think of a "Spa" or something like that, not a soulless medical office.

Berry Family Chiropractic is like going to see the local family Dr. in a small town where everyone likes each other. It was a little confusing with being next to the car wash, however parking was smooth and easy. The office felt like you were visiting someone's home - and the Dr. was thorough and relatable. I especially appreciated the light massage movement prior to the adjustment. It was relaxing, and I felt like the adjustment was better because of it. Already made my second appointment and very much looking forward to working with them to maintain good health and wellness for my aging body!

My first massage to Berry Family Chiropractic was with Sophie. Sophie did a great job, very concerned about issues I've been having, and addressed each issue. I was very pleased. So pleased I set up future appointments. A Very Professional facility.

I had a wonderful experience at Berry Family Chiropractic in Puyallup! Taylor was absolutely fantastic and incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. Since it was my first time getting adjusted, I was a little nervous, but Taylor did a phenomenal job explaining everything in a way that made me feel informed and completely comfortable with the process. She was personable, down to earth, and genuinely caring, which really helped ease my worries. Throughout the entire visit she made sure I felt relaxed and understood what was happening, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure they have a positive experience. I will most certainly be going back and would highly recommend Berry Family Chiropractic to anyone looking for a friendly, professional chiropractor!

This is just from my initial visit but absolutely amazing. The facility is welcoming and the receptionist is very nice. Didn't wait just more than a few minutes to go back. The exchange with the doc was great. A good back and forth Q&A to sort out things before hand. Then the adjustment....... things cracked, popped and moved. Exactly what I was looking for. I felt instant relief.
