Katie has magic hands! Went for my second massage with Katie, she was recommend by a freind. The first time I went I had an issue between my shoulder blade from a paddling sport strain. She was able to work out the giant knot I had gotten in preparation for a outrigger race. The second time I saw Katie, I just slept weird and had an annoying kink in my neck. Both instances Katie was able to work out my issues. Katie is amazing at what she does, she's an incredible salt of the earth massage thereapist, highly recommend!

I've had a great experience with Dwayne for Chiropractic! He healed my neck in 3 visits, my shoulder in 1 visit and now we are working on one of my hips (so far 1 treatment).I can't believe how much better I feel. I went to chiro in Vernon for years and never felt "healed". Years ago I also went to Kevin for massage and he's great, too! I would suggest them to everyone. They are so worth the beautiful drive out to Lumby...!!!

This was my very first time going for a massage altogether and I have to say it was a fantastic First experience. Everyone was so amazing nice friendly, respectful highly recommend to anyone. I’ll definitely be going back.
