She takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and creates a treatment plan that actually makes sense for your lifestyle. What really stands out is her use of low-force techniques like the Activator, cold laser therapy, and Graston technique. It makes the treatments very comfortable while still being incredibly effective. I’ve noticed a huge improvement since starting care with her—not just in how I feel physically, but overall mobility and day-to-day comfort. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to see them improve long term, not just quick fixes. That alone stood out because most doctors would not do that. The front desk staff were professional and friendly both on the phone and in person, and booking appointments has been easy. Dr. Phillips provides the most thorough chiropractic care I have ever experienced. He does not rush appointments and takes the time to understand complex issues instead of just doing quick adjustments. After several visits, I feel like I am finally on the right track with the right professional guiding what will be a longer recovery process. Two separate staff interactions stood out to me. During intake, while I was walking from the front desk to a seat with my clipboard, the pen fell to the floor and I could not easily bend down to retrieve it. Olivia, a massage therapist who was near the front desk, had already noticed how limited my mobility was and immediately came over and picked it up for me. That small act of attention and quiet compassion meant a lot. On another snowy day, a person walking toward the clinic noticed me approaching the entrance, offered physical support to steady me, then introduced herself as Dr. Shepherd and held the doors open as I went inside. These were two separate appointments, but the same theme stood out. The people at this clinic genuinely want to help you. What makes this clinic stand out is simple. It is the people. Based on my experience with Dr. Phillips, Olivia and Dr. Shepherd, this is a place where patients are treated with real care and respect.

I have been going to a chiropractor most of my life; and from my experience, Dr. Sheppard has always given me the most gentle adjustments out of any other. Her colleagues are amazing at what they do; as Dr Russell and Dr Phillips are great chiropractors as well. Amy is skilled with acupuncture needle muscle relation techniques. Christina has astonishing strength in her arms and hands that make for most excellent state of relaxed muscles from her massages. Even the reception is great at their job, with calls to verify appointments, and calling me by name as I walk in the door. I love this place. They all get 5 stars from me.
