New customer and I’m already on my second visit. Definitely definitely recommend. Doctor Pryor knows how to listen to a patient and not just go to cracking bones like other places. I did get an X-Ray, I did see my issue, and from the first appointment to the day after I could already tell I’m in good hands. Thank you to the staff as well for being awesome and kind!

Dr Prior is an amazing doctor. He radiates positivity, and everyone is positivity deficient these days so we all could use a good free dose of that!! The receptionists are all wonderful and do everything possible to get me in when I'm calling for an appointment with short notice/same day/immediate need. They've worked with me on payments and have given me great advice on getting the most out of my insurance. Better Health Chiropractic is THE GOTO clinic in the Cedar Valley for Spinal Health!! My first ever chiropractor appointment. I love the atmosphere, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I was very excited for my very first adjustment ever, I’m 33 years old. It was definitely time. I had a great experience overall. 10/10. The Chiropractor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I saw Dr Pryor for the first time today. I've been experiencing dizziness literally for more than a year. I've been to multiple doctors and have had all sorts of tests done with absolutely no relief. He asked me a ton of questions and a lot of what I said, he had me expand on because I wasn't sure how to express myself very well. He asked me if I'd ever been in a car accident. He knew it before I ever said anything! I told him what all these doctors have been saying. He said he prefers to form his thoughts first, then we'll talk about what they all said. He asked me questions NO doctor has ever asked me. He knew pretty much right away that part of the problem was that I was low on electrolytes. I have never been told that, not even questioned about it even after having lab results. I've been thinking about seeing if a chiropractor could maybe help me for quite some time, but I just never looked into it. I finally reached my limit the other day. Enough was enough. I was super dizzy all the time and my neck started hurting more and more. I finally looked at reviews on chiropractors in Waterloo. Better Health had excellent reviews so I had to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! I had gone to a chiropractor in Illinois that I really liked but Dr Pryor really seemed to take a more holistic approach. He really listened to everything I said and help put things into the words I didn't quite know how to express. I was able to leave today and go shopping for herb and vegetable plants with my daughter. That's BIG for me. I have hardly left my house in the last 14 months. I'm so happy I went and you will be too! I just wish I had done it so much sooner! Besides that, he is so full of personality! What a really great guy!
