I went in to see Dr. Tommy Jensen for my low back pain from an increase in running. He was able to help me get back to exercising quickly and teach me the root cause of my pain while giving me exercises to incorporate into my routine to mobilize and strengthen my hips. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor, I had a great experience working with Dr Tommy and he got me back to doing what I love.

My experience with Dr Tommy at Active Spine was incredible! I went in to see Dr Tommy because of awful lower back pain due to having to be on my feet for 7hrs a day at work. Dr Tommy is very knowledgeable, and helped me feel 100% back to normal within a few weeks! He taught me how to do multiple stretches and he also preformed dry needling on my lower back. He is very practical and gave me multiple stretches to do even while at work. I definitely recommend going to Active Spine with your lower back problems!
