While in south carolina visiting family I needed to see an upper cervical chiropractor. And I am so grateful, I found this office. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Every member of the team generally welcomed, valued and cared for me as if I was family. I was under their care for a month and throughout that time there kindness and compassion and professionalism never wavered. They took the time to get to know me, listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable at every visit. It's rare to find healthcare where they make you feel more like a person than a patient. That's exactly how they made me feel. They created an environment that felt warm, supportive, and encouraging. They went above and beyond the adjustments themselves. it was the genuine concern and personal attention that made such a lasting impression on me. I can't thank them enough for how well they treated me during my time there. I highly recommend to anyone who is seeking upper cervical chiropractic treatment. I would recommend Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg to anyone. I have tried massages and stretching but had no relief until I went there. The entire staff is amazing. On your first day, the whole team greets you—and honestly, they greet you like that every time you come in. I was in so much pain my first day there that they scheduled me for a second appointment the same day. That night, I had the best rest I’d had in a long time. If you’re dealing with pain, come see the staff there. It’s definitely worth it.

When I first came to upper cervical, I was suffering with headaches, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, anxiety, even menstrual dysfunction. When I got my first adjustment, I remember feeling like something in my mind and body opened up- it was a little scary, as something I hadn't experienced before, but the team was amazing at letting me know that what I was feeling was normal and okay. Since then, any issue I've had, I've felt comfortable bringing to their doctors. They are very knowledgeable and are always there with a smile and an open ear. I've seen improvement or complete resolution of all of my original concerns, as long as I stay consistent with my care. Upper Cervical is such an awesome practice, I love the vibe of the office and the kindness of the team!
