I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to offer my patients/clients the time they deserve to address their pain that is affecting their life; I wanted to have the time to address their needs without being told to see more patients in less time in therapy. I am excited to also introduce to the metro area the Recovery Room which is an option for individuals in sports or training programs to work on aches/pain with guidance and options to recover more quickly and return to their programs feeling better.

I have been in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting for just over 16 years seeing patients from 2 months of age to 96 years of age. I enjoy sports medicine side of physical therapy and am a certified manual physical therapist meaning I can do manipulation as needed. I have certifications including Applied Functional Science, Astym, KTT, CMPT, credentialed clinical instructor and continue to look for other ways to challenge myself in knowledge and skill.We are a new business to the Urbandale, IA community but have had ties to the community for the past 15 years. We offer solutions to individuals who have nagging little injuries that cause some to be frustrated that they can't do their normal activities comfortably. We can provide you free information about your physical health problems such as low back pain, knee pain, foot pain, shoulder pain and neck pain. If you are wanting to return to your job, sports activities or just life in general after surgery we can offer help in that area as well.
