Theresa's working philosophy is that the body can heal itself naturally if the "road blocks" creating the dysfunction are removed (and they have a healthy immune system). Using a variety of manual therapy techniques (Myofascial Release, Body Talk, Visceral Manipulation, Zero Balancing, Craniosacral therapy, Primal Reflex Release Technique, acupressure, etc.)

1987 Northern Illinois University, B.S. in Physical Education.
1987-1990 Exercise Physiology consultant for AT&T's employee wellness program (Total Life Concept)
1992 Northwestern University, Masters in Physical TherapyIn July 2000, Sally O'Hare and Theresa Eiden co-founded Chicago Area Rehabilitation Experts, Inc. with the belief that the community deserves personal and quality physical therapy.
