Scott earned his Master of Science and Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. He is a board certified Orthopedic Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Puja graduated valedictorian of her physical therapy class from the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 1998 and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She is a board certified Orthopedic Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association.Pro Motion Physical Therapy was founded on the belief that a successful recovery effort requires a multifaceted approach to patient needs. Believing that a truly comprehensive approach was lacking within the industry at large, its owners, Puja Charaipotra and Scott Wagner developed Pro Motion based on their shared vision for quality rehabilitative care.
