Erica Adams PT, DPT, CKTP has been practicing physical therapy for more than 11 years. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2008 and began her career at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with a focus on pelvic health. Dr. Adams transitioned to outpatient private practice in 2011 where she continues to practice.

Dr. Adams enjoys treating orthopedic and neurologic patient populations and specializes in pelvic (women's and men's) health populations. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2005 and is a member of the Section on Women's Health. She holds a certification in Pelvic Physical Therapy from the APTA and is a certified Kinesiotaping practitioner. Dr. Adams has pending certifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Health with the APTA as well as Graston Technique. She is also working towards a certification in Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute.Dr. Adams opened Blue Sky Wellness to be able to provide comprehensive, personalized care to her patients without the pressures of a corporate clinical setting.
