Her passion for an active and healthy lifestyle led her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness & Exercise Science in 2000. She then earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, graduating with honors in 2005, and went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009.
Dr. J is committed to her patients' health and wellness during their physical therapy program and beyond. Being equally vested in each patient's progress, she listens and designs a plan of care that centers around their goals and expectations.
When she is not in the clinic, Dr. J enjoys spending time with her family and friends and learning new ways to live life to the fullest.We started with one goal and one dream...
