Dr. Christina Bell has been working athletes of all ages and levels for 20 years. As an athlete herself, she understands the aches and pains that go along with leading active lifestyle. As a result, this motivated her to pursue physical therapy so that she can help people lead healthy and active lifestyles without pain and limitation.

She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2004; California University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science in Sports Management in 2006; and University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. While in physical therapy school, Christina found her passion of manual therapy. In 2015, Christina became a Certified Manual Therapist through the University of St. Augustine's Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). In 2018, Christina became certified in the Institute of Physical Art's Certified Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT).Innovate Physical Therapy is repainting your picture of traditional physical therapy.
