Melissa Hourihan, P.T., D.P.T. was born and raised in Arizona. She received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Hourihan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Hourihan's dedication to providing the best non-surgical care for neck and back pain has resulted in overwhelming success for her patients. She celebrates a proud history and commitment to her patients whose lives have been forever changed.For the past twelve years, Melissa Hourihan, PT, DPT has been dedicated to providing non surgical treatment for patients with neck, back and leg pain associated with disc injuries. She decided to bring these technologies to the Northwest Valley with Exclusively Spine Physical Therapy in 2007.

The clinic was designed by Dr. Hourihan with her patients' care and comfort in mind. Dr. Hourihan carefully selected each piece of equipment to provide the best treatment options to her patients. Some of the equipment comes from as far away as Holland and Italy. The clinic features many treatments that are exclusive to the Northwest Valley as well as some treatments/equipment which are not available anywhere else in Arizona.
