Hi, I’m Tina Marie and I am your end-of-life doula. I have a B.A. in Ancient and Classical History and studied Healthcare Administration for three years at American Military University with the goal of being a Hospice Administrator. All of this changed when my biological mother suddenly passed away and I saw the very real need for end-of-life doulas or palliative care professionals.

I have a long background in healthcare starting my career in 1998 in the Women’s Center at Wellstar Kennestone hospital. After leaving Kennestone I went to work in private practice providing assistance in the areas of orthopedics and physical therapy and, most recently, psychiatry.

Recently my brother followed by my grandmother passed away and I knew it was time to follow my calling into end-of-life support. I have completed an end-of-life webinar by Care Doula School of Accompanying the Dying and will continuously seek out ways to further my knowledge of doula work as it pertains to end-of-life care.
