Courtney E

Courtney is a pelvic floor physical therapist with extensive training and expertise in orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions, breathing mechanics, and lifestyle modifications. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2017 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and has furthered her education through various institutions such as Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center (Los Angeles) and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation.
Courtney enjoys working with patients to overcome conditions including pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, etc. She also provides individualized plans for birth preparation, prenatal/postpartum strength training, and postpartum return to exercise.Patrick and Courtney have over 14+ years combined experience in physical therapy, and now provide their skills to the greater New Haven community. They both prioritize movement, breath, and self-care in their daily lives, which has helped them overcome their own health challenges. Patrick and Courtney founded Regenerative Edge Physical Therapy & Wellness together to bring their passion about this treatment method into the lives of others.
