Janell is Physical Therapist with a passion for thinking outside of the box and providing care that best serves each specific client and family. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist and has experience in school-based pediatric PT, outpatient therapy for both adults and children, and sport-specific training.

​She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Hartford and her Bachelors in Exercise Science- Human Performance from Southern CT State University in 2008.Crescent Moon Care launched in May of 2021! We wanted to create a place where all Physical Therapy sessions could truly be 1:1 with no overlap between patients.
