Martin K

Martin Koslosky is a 2006 Graduate of D'Youville College and the owner of Amherst Physical Therapy. He is an adjunct faculty member at D'Youville College, Daemen College and SUNY at Buffalo and has had the opportunity to work in various settings including orthopedics, home care, and skilled nursing/short-term rehab centers. Martin's career is focused on diagnosis and treatment of the neck and back, orthopedic and sports related injuries of the lower extremities, and functional approach to exercise. He also conducts workplace ergonomic evaluations and workplace safety training programs. Martin lives in Amherst, NY with his wife and two children and enjoys summer 5Ks, golf, skiing, hiking and mountaineering.Amherst Physical Therapy was founded in 1978 at it's original location in Amherst, NY. The office moved to Buffalo in 1981 and to it's present location on Delaware Avenue in 1988. An expansion of the Delaware Avenue clinic in 2001 provided increased exercise facilities, equipment and an in-ground therapeutic pool in order to facilitate early rehabilitation for all orthopedic injuries, arthritic conditions and chronic pain syndromes.
