Dr. Green is a graduate of Utica College with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Owner of two clinics in Chautauqua county, he is dedicated to the community and continues to raise the bar in the field of physical therapy to benefit all patients.Started in 1996 by Dr. Patrick Green, PT, DPT, MS, Cert. MDT and his wife Susan Green, OTR/L, pediatric occupational therapist to enhance the therapeutic outreach in Chautauqua county.
