Meghan B

Dr. Meghan Braun graduated with her BA in Psychology from the University of Dallas in 2007, then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, completing her DPT in 2012. She has worked with many different populations and sectors of the Physical Therapy realm, including pediatrics, geriatrics, athletes, orthopedics, post and pre-op, stroke, balance, spine, etc. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and is a Manual Therapy Certified (MTC) physical therapist.
She stays active in her community by coaching and playing rec league sports, and volunteering on many organizational boards. She has played and coached the game of lacrosse for the last 18 years. She also owns the indoor/outdoor lacrosse training facility in Jacksonville, The Lax Box.Established in November 2015 starting in a small clinic with a massage therapist and chiropractor. February 2016, partnered with Hard Exercise Works (HEW) to promote an onsite Physical Therapy clinic inside the gym to give athletes and participants a hands on and professional medical experience. From there we moved to our own space in 2017 and haven't looked back! We pride ourselves on 1-on-1 treatment for patients and working with athletes of all ages (yes, YOU are an athlete).
