I am the author of “The Hands On Approach” sold on Amazon and at our clinic. I am an Occupational Therapist (OT/L) and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Graduating from the University of Florida in 2000 with a master's degree in occupational therapy. In 2006 I obtained my national board certification as a Certified Hand Therapist.

I first gained experience with hand and shoulder injuries in a hospital setting and continued to develop my expert skills to help our clients as well as other therapist develop theirs.

We at Hands-on Therapy Services continued to help people to live more active lives without pain and avoid pills, injections, and surgery.I opened my clinic in January to provide the kind of quality individualized care that patients seek whether they have a simple or complex injury. You can come for one visit to establish a home program or you can come over time to regain full function and motion. We treat a variety of work related injures, sports injuries, strokes, nerve injuries just to name a few.
