We have been providing therapy to Round Rock and Central Texas communities since 1996.Reavis Rehab, family owned and managed, has provided comprehensive healthcare since 1984. Our dedicated staff of professionals will provide you with the highest quality of outpatient medical care needed to promote, restore or maintain your health.

January 2016, Reavis Rehab & Wellness Center moved to our new facility in the Mays Crossing Shopping Center, Behind Allen's Boots and Pluckers.

For more than 20 years, we have been serving the great community of Round Rock, and our success and happy clients have contributed to the growth and expansion of our new clinic.
