I have over 22 years of experience in physical therapy and in training athletes of all ages. I have trained PGA golf professionals and local amateurs and pride myself on getting them back on the course without pain and armed with the confidence to succeed. This extends to all clients I treat at 512 PT. Every client has to be evaluated properly and treated on an individual basis. No two clients are alike and should not be treated that way.

Our mission at 512 Physical Therapy and Golf Performance Center is to provide the most effective, highest quality physical therapy and sport specific training in a safe, supportive, and fun environment!I have over 22 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and in 2009 decided to combine two of my passions, rehabilitating clients and golf. I opened 512 Physical Therapy and Golf Performance Center after receiving my initial Level one certification with the Titleist Performance Institute. I now have my Medical Pro Level 2 certification and train local amateurs and PGA pros.

I have extensive experience in dealing with work place injuries, orthopedic diagnoses, and sport related injuries.

The initial PT evaluation or sport performance evaluation consists of Titleist certified testing of balance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. Once limitations are identified a personalized exercise program and manual treatments will be designed to free up your body to return to it's previous level of function without pain. Whether you're trying to get back to sport, lower your golf scores and play pain free, or simply return to work, 512 PT is where you need to be.
