Dr. Anthony Avila, PT, DPT is a Corpus Christi native who feels privileged to be contributing to healthcare market within the community he was raised in. These are the fundamental concepts in his approach to healthcare, and the inspiration for the continued growth of Avila Physical Therapy!Dr. Anthony Avila, PT, DPT is a product of the Coastal Bend and is proud to acknowledge that Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi is where he began pursuing his career, earning his Bachelors of Science degree in 2008. Dr. Avila accomplished his graduate studies, earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2012. Dr. Avila has great passion for healthcare and has practiced locally since 2012. In that time he has gained a variety of experience including orthopedic outpatient rehab, pediatric home health, and acute hospital physical therapy. Dr. Avila has long aspired to open his own physical therapy clinic and his passion for healthcare can be tracked back to his days at Richard King High School, where he was highly involved in sports. Dr. Avila feels privileged to be providing his services to his home community. Dr. Avila is versed in orthopedic manual therapy and utilizes a hands on approach with his clients.
