Whether you have a new injury, chronic pain, or are simply looking for massage to be a part of your routine, we can help. We utilize many different manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy, as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization), cupping, and PNF, or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. If you’re unfamiliar with many of these terms, just think of these massages as the ones that finally and actually help.
