Kathleen has integrated Pilates and orthopedic physical therapy for 36 years. A graduate of UC Davis and Stanford University, the Pilates Center, Boulder, and Polestar Pilates, her practice integrates whole-body care with state of the art orthopedics.
Her practice treats clients professionally, in a personal and private treatment setting, and all treatment is provided by a licensed physical therapy professional.

Kathleen created and taught spine stabilization programs nationally, and brought Pilates into a major spine specialty practice. She has presented at APTA, World Confederation for Physical Therapy and PMA conferences, UCSF's PT and Kaiser Orthopedic Residency Programs.

Kathleen is passionate about youth sports, and has brought Pilates into her community schools, running clinics and injury prevention programs.I started my business in Marin in 1996 after having worked as a clinical specialist at St Mary's Spine Center and Saint Francis Center for Sports Medicine. I have worked with olympic - level athletes, professional ballet dancers and weekend warriors.
