Caleb, a Turlock native, stared Elite Physical Therapy in 2014. Caleb graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2004 then University of the Pacific in 2006 with his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.Elite Physical Therapy and Fitness Inc. is owned and operated by Caleb Fontes PT, DPT. Caleb, a Turlock native graduated from Turlock High School, and California State University Stanislaus with a bachelors degree in biological sciences. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Pacific in 2006. He has eight years experience in multiple areas including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient sports/orthopedics. His specific interests include post surgical rehabilitation of the shoulder and knee including shoulder replacement, rotator cuff repair, and ACL and meniscus repair.
