Billy has been a licensed physical therapist for 28 years. He is passionate about his work and has studied extensively in orthopedic manual therapy, corrective exercises (FMS, SFMA), strength and conditioning and Pilates. Billy is active in the athletic community as a coach, trainer and participant.We have been a leader in outpatient physical therapy care since 2000. Our Sacramento location has been providing quality physical therapy care since 2009 and our Elk Grove location since 2000.
