Personally Fit opened its doors in Rancho Bernardo in 1990 as a Fitness Facility offering Gym Membership, One-on-one Personal and Group Training, and Group Exercise Classes. In 2001, Personally Fit expanded it offering to include outpatient Physical Therapy services. The company has grown steadily since and has broadened it services to include Massage Therapy and Diet and Nutrition consultations.
