Monte A

Dr. Monte Alton was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. As a youth he was always involved in sports and played soccer at Monroe High School. In Junior High he was injured playing football. The injury led Monte to Chiropractic. He found relief from both his injury and from the normal physical demands and challenges placed on his body through sports. Contact sports can put the spine out of alignment causing headaches, backaches, leg pain and more.Chiropractic puts the spine back in alignment giving relief and freer movement.

The relief he experienced at the hands of his Chiropractor and his passion for helping other people led him to pursue Chiropractic for his profession. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, GA in 2013. His studies at Life University fed his passion for the work.

Besides helping people becoming healthier through Chiropractic, Dr. Monte enjoys working out, hiking, sports, and spending time with family and friends.Sound Family and Sports Chiropractic, PLLC was created out of Dr. Monte's passion of helping others.
