I have been in practice for fifteen years, specializing in the treatment of injuries, chronic pain, and physical repetitive stress. I was an instructor at Northwest School of Massage and have worked along-side a number of chiropractors in Seattle and Kirkland, and am certified in lymphatic drainage. I have a bachelors in psychology from the University of Washington.

My therapy is a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, passive range of motion and stretching. Every treatment is catered specifically to each client's needs. Good therapy will "hurt so good" and bring you relief and results. The work is deep but not excessively hard.Originally established in the Maple Leaf/Wedgewood neighborhoods on Lake City Way, then moved to Bothell for a few years. Bothell location has moved to Sundance Massage in Kenmore. Main location on Camano Island current 2020.
