Dr. Van Merkle started his practice over 40 years ago. Since his start, he has expanded his practice to include multiple associates. At this time, we have Dr. Andrew Dyer & Dr. Natalie Yahle, both of whom have been with Take 2 Healthcare over 10 years!

Our providers are live on WHIO 95.7 FM every Saturday from 11a-12p. Feel free to call in to the radio show during our segment to “Ask the Experts” any health question you may have! The number is 937-457-1290.

We’re a smaller clinic, always looking to expand our research and clientele. We love seeing our in-office patients, but can see people all over the country! Our providers offer virtual appointments for Nutrition consultations, making it easier to assist people all over. Please call us with any questions you may have!
