Innovative Back Solutions founder Robert Ruano, received his degree in Computer Technology from West Virgina where he majored in computer design. He moved on from computer networking to the study of the human networking system (the central nervous system) with his doctoral work at Life Chiropractic College. Dr. Ruano explains, "After almost 10 years of private chiropractic practice, I became fascinated with the development of spinal decompression technology and the proven research behind it. I guess you could say with my technical and chiropractic background, this new advancement in the treatment of discogenic back pain was a perfect fit."
