Joel T. G

Dr. Joel T. Groft received his doctor of chiropractic degree magna cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon in 2002. His Bachelor of Arts degree in biology was completed at Franklin and Marshall College of Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1997. In 1998 he received his secondary education certificate from Millersville University of Millersville, Pennsylvania.

While at F&M Dr. Groft competed in intercollegiate athletics at the Division I level as a three year starter and senior captain of the Diplomat wrestling team.

Following undergraduate studies Dr. Groft taught high school biology and earth science at Lancaster Catholic High School while he coached varsity wrestling and football.

Following graduation from chiropractic school Dr. Groft practiced as an associate in a spanish speaking practice in California. Currently Dr. Groft is finishing up his 3- year degree in Chiropractic Neurology with the Carrick Institute.Dr. Joel T. Groft has been practicing in Athens since May of 2004 and in 2005 changed the name of his practice to Athens Chiropractic Healthcare from Groft Chiropractic.
