Doctor Robbins became an X-ray technician after high school and then a radiation therapist. He continued on studying for a bachelor's degree.
Dr. Robbins completed the pre-medical program at Carlow University. He then continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He had spent many years working in a hospital setting and experienced the natural side of healing while in chiropractic college. That is when it all clicked and he knew he was in the area he wanted to be in.
"Chiropractic is like fixing a leaky dam instead of just fixing the water downstream. You fix the problem upstream, and it takes care of everything else downstream." Richard Robbins, DCWe started out as a chiropractic office called Caste Area Chiropractic in 1998. In 2012 we converted to South Hills Physical Medicine and began to incorporate medical into our practice by offering trigger point therapies in conjunction with chiropractic.
Now we have a well rounded practice to tackle a variety of issues!
