After graduating from Penns Manor High school , Dr. Sleppy received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, Dr. Sleppy received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University, graduating magna cum laude.

Dr. Sleppy has acquired advanced training in extremity injuries and golf injuries, for which he was developed a thorough understanding. Dr. Sleppy's prior experience as a personal trainer has given him a unique insight into rehabilitation and wellness of the working body. Both his knowledge and experience have allowed him to develop a large spectrum of expertise in seven different chiropractic techniques, including pediatric chiropractic.

Dr. Sleppy resides with his wife Jen, a nurse at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, and their four children Molly, Macey, Parker, and Patrick.
