Dr. Kristy Root has 6 years experience in the chiropractic field, and specializes in sports medicine with an emphasis on extremity adjusting. She has been a chiropractic patient since she was 10 years old and understands the importance of natural therapies and the role of nutrition for optimum performance the body.

Dr. Kristy holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fl and obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta GA. She is currently licensed and board certified in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and resides for the past 3 years in Bucks County, PA.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time mountain biking, skiing, watching Flyers hockey and spending time with her boxer Lilly, whom occasionally spends time being the mascot and official greeter of Twisted Root Chiropractic.Dr. Kristy Root has been working in the area for the past 3 years and has recently opened her own practice in Morrisville, PA focusing on Sports and Family chiropractic.
