Dr. Derrik Pinckney joined the Preferred TEAM after completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. In 2013 he became a co-owner along with Dr. Kevin Evans. A native of Milroy, MN, he has enjoyed "coming home" and providing exceptional care to you, your family, and friends. Dr. Pinckney is passionate about sharing Chiropractic and his experience in sports injuries and peak performance with his patients. He also has experience in diet, nutrition, stress relief and overcoming work and automobile injuries.

Dr. Pinckney resides in Marshall with is wife, Jenna, and three children, Keaton, Kyah, and Kezlyn. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Pinckney enjoys watching and playing any kind of sports, fishing, hunting, and camping with his family.Preferred Health of Marshall has been providing Chiropractic care to individuals and families since 1990. Over the years, we have literally worked with thousands of patients.
