Dr. Kathy, graduate of Cal Poly University and Palmer West College or Chiropractic, has owned the practice and cared for patients since 2007. She loves caring for patients of all ages, and her passion is to help people attain goals that they don't believe are possible. She is a loving wife, mother and doctor, who has volunteered with: Rotary, Lioness and AYSO.Originally known as Bellaire Chiropractic Center, the clinic was founded by Dr. Ron Stark DC. In 2007, Ron's niece, Dr. Kathy Hoyt (formally, Kathy Rudy) bought the practice. Dr. Kathy firmly planted her roots in Bellaire, got married to Don Hoyt, and now has 2 children, Amelia and Tyler.

In 20015 Dr. Kathy moved the clinic to 219 N. Bridge St., in downtown Belaire, and renamed the clinic to more accurately represent her goal for her community, Inspire Health Chiropractic and Wellness.
