As a dancer and athlete, I have experienced chronic injuries that have evaded diagnosis and improvement with traditional physical therapy. Through my own healing journey I have gathered a myriad of tools and practices to heal and rejuvenate the nervous system, myofascial network, and biomechanics of the body. I look forward to helping you heal, re-organize and thrive in whatever movement discipline you are passionate about pursuing.
