Dr. James E. McGinn, Jr. obtained his Doctorate from National College of Chiropractic in 1980. He further obtained a Diplomate in Internal Disorders from Texas Chiropractic College and trained in Functional Assessment Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. McGinn maintains a special interest in working with adults to change life habits which have caused or triggered diabetes, allergies, elevated cholesterol, digestive disorders, autoimmune disease, and other chronic conditions. He has been in practice since 1981.

She has maintained special focus in treatment of headaches, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, digestive problems, and weight management programs through therapeutic lifestyle changes. Dr. O earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2010.Dr. James E. McGinn, Jr. developed The Center for Progressive Natural Health, designed to offer Functional Medicine as well as Orthopedic and Spinal Care to all ages. "The object of Progressive Natural Health is to provide the most current evaluation and assessment of each patient.
